Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–21 business days. Each piece is crafted individually, which means quality is never rushed.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Some of our premium materials and production partners are based overseas, which can occasionally impact shipping timelines.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please Note

  • Because all items are made to order, delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every product meets our standard.

  • Code Noir is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or international shipping processes.


RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

At Code Noir, every piece is made to order with precision and care. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair return policy to uphold our standards.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

* The return request must be submitted after delivery.

The item must be *unworn, unused, and in original condition**.

* All original packaging and tags must be included.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval once received.

Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made outside of this window may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

* Worn or damaged items (not caused by us)

* Items without original packaging or tags

* Products marked as final sale (if applicable)

Return Process

2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

* Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

* If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow *5–10 business days** for the refund to process after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

* All items are made to order, so we do not offer exchanges.

Orders cannot be cancelled after *24 hours** from placement.

* Code Noir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
